Refunds

If Chalk Talk is not right for you, we will refund a payment in full within 14 days of it being taken: the first month of a plan, any month after it, or a plan bought once. You do not need to give a reason.

Stopping a monthly plan

You can cancel a monthly plan at any time on the Plans page, or in your UPI app. Nothing more is taken after you cancel, and the credits already on your account stay until they expire (each month's credits last 2 months).

How to ask

Write to betty@micyaai.com from the email address you sign in with, and say which payment it is and when it was taken. We reply within two working days.

What happens next

The money goes back the way you paid, through our third-party payment provider. Banks and cards usually show it within 5 to 10 working days. The credits from that payment are removed from your account when the refund is made.

After 14 days

After 14 days we do not refund that payment, but you can cancel so that no more are taken. If something went wrong (a payment taken twice, a payment taken after you cancelled, credits that never arrived), write to us at any time and we will put it right.
